Experience intimate and leisurely gourmand dégustation dinners with friends and family at our award-winning restaurant. A wonderful culinary journey awaits, with an exclusive six-course menu designed by Executive Chef, Guy Bennett.
This masterfully crafted dégustation menu features an elaborate bread course with a welcome canapé followed by a starter, an intermediate course, palate cleanser, main, and dessert – as well as petits-fours to complete your experience.
It is paired with four fine Grande Provence wines, further complemented by two carefully selected international wines from the wine list of our sister property Huka Lodge in New Zealand.
Available from 19h00 – 19h30, due to duration of courses. Limited to eight guests per night, dining in The Restaurant at Grande Provence. Groups of eight or more guests, will be hosted in our private dining venue, The Jonkershuis.
