Cornelia Smook’s works show her interest for the ecological footprints we leave behind, while Nanette Nel’s art practice and art works exist on the boundaries of contemporary jewellery and fine art practice and questions a body-object relationship.
OKASIE the dynamic floral design company showcased a collection of ‘floral artworks’ to celebrate the first month of spring , animating the winter/spring metamorphoses by using colour gradients to express this transition – black becoming pink.
The exhibition was opened by Ingrid Wolfaardt and ran from Monday the 7th of September until Wednesday the 7th of October 2009.
