The Owner’s Cottage announced as one of the world’s top 10

The 5-star private hideaway at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate, Franschhoek, The Owner’s Cottage, has been named in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine, as one of the ‘10 most fabulous Villas in the World.’

The Owner’s Cottage welcomes guests to unsurpassed boutique accommodation comprising five beautifully appointed bedrooms including a deluxe suite, a spacious lounge, designer kitchen and a conservatory for dining. Th is is further enhanced by a manicured garden with a loggia, swimming pool and an elevated spa pool overlooking the Estate’s vineyards towards the magnificent mountains beyond.

Founded by French Huguenots in 1694, Grande Provence Estate lies within the lush beauty of the Franschhoek valley in heartland South African wine country. The Estate brilliantly combines historically significant heritage with contemporary chic and in the four short years since its total refurbishment, has gathered an impressive list of local and international awards. Th ese have largely been in recognition of outstanding hospitality, service, and for the cuisine of Executive Chef Jacques de Jager and his team.
