The Gallery at Grande Provence is celebrating the three-dimensional object.
The festival exhibition will focus on the finest contemporary South African sculpture, ceramics and African Artefacts. Sculptures range from small bronzes to monumental bronzes, alternative mediums like resin, rubber inner tube as well as natural materials.
Ceramic pots in traditional raku glaze are placed alongside contemporary figures in clay and beautifully hand painted vessels. A selection of unique african artefacts embraces our African cultural history and compliments the contemporary exhibition space.
The exhibition includes artists from all over South Africa. Works by Anton Smit, Grace da Costa, Theo Megaw, Toby Megaw, Jacques Dhont, Ceramic Matters, Martin & Charmaine Haines, Donvé Branch, Gerhard van Niekerk, Carl Roberts and Talitha Deetlefs.
Opening Hours: Mon-Sun 10:00-18:00
Exhibition concludes on 25 November 2018
