STYLE
Complex and powerful nose filled with white pepper and coriander finishing off with savoury aromas. The palate is concentrated and balanced, showing plenty of lush, dark fruit, sweet vanilla and spice.
MATURATION
Matured in new barrels for 14 months. 80% French oak barrels and 20% American oak barrels. Further bottle maturation for 6 months.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Grande Provence Shiraz is an ideal partner for venison dishes or Karoo lamb. Also great with curries and traditional South African "biltong".
