Jaco Marais

This is a multi-dimensional, well balanced, full bodied red wine with intricate complexities. The nose and palate are made up of layers of aromas and flavours of: plums, mint, dark chocolate, spices, white pepper and cigar box. The mouth feel is soft and rounded and the finish lingering and elegant. Our third vintage of our flagship[ shows more black fruit and spice than previous years. A unique and magnificent drinking experience.

To enjoy optimally this wine should be decanted for a least 1 hour before drinking. Serve with red meat and game dishes with well flavoured (but not overpowering or spicy) sauces.
