Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2011
The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, alias the Wine World Championships, announced the 2011 results in Luxembourg on the 16 May 2011.
Out of aproximatelly 7 000 entries from all over the world, only 30% of these entrants receive an award. The wines are judged blind by an international panel of judges. I am very proud to announce that our Grande Provence Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 was awarded a GOLD Medal! But... The Grande Provence 2006 received a GRANDE GOLD (Double Gold) medal! Only 3 South African wines were awarded double gold status.
